These ‘Terms and Conditions’ are applicable every time you access our website and/or order goods from our website. Please note that these Terms and Conditions incorporate all the following sections, which we advise that you read.
Before preceding with an order you will be required to show that you have read and understood the following terms and conditions. We recommend that you print a copy of these Terms and Conditions for your future reference and refer to them every time you order as they are liable to change.
Xmas Extended Returns
Please note that any item purchased between 1st November 2018 until Christmas will have an extended returns period up to 10th January 2019.

2. Ordering Goods
2.1 All orders placed through this site will be subject to our acceptance of that order.
2.2 When you submit an order to us on our website you will receive a “bounce back” confirmatory e-mail of your order saying that it is being processed. This e-mail does not constitute acceptance of an order by us. Your order will be accepted by us (and a contract will then be formed between us) when we despatch the goods to you. Title to the goods will pass to you on delivery.
2.3 Should you wish to cancel your order or return any goods please go to section 7. ‘Returns and cancellations’ for further information.
3. Processing your order
3.1 We aim to process your order as soon as possible. You will normally receive your order within 3-4 working days with UK mainland, though delays may be experienced during busy times and bank holidays, and for areas not within the UK mainland
3.2 Whilst it is our intention to keep our website up to date and error free, product description or pricing errors may occur. If we discover such an error after you have submitted an order to us we will contact you with the correct details prior to accepting your order. You may then either cancel your order or re-confirm based on the correct information. In the unlikely event that we are unable to contact you we will treat your order as cancelled.
3.3 All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT. Delivery charges are clearly highlighted throughout the site and further information follows under section 5.’Delivery’.
4.1 We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Switch
4.2 For orders placed by post you may also pay by cheque or postal order ( please make payable to ‘Oxford House Menswear Ltd’)
4.3 Please note that goods paid for by card will not be charged for until they are despatched. Cheques however will be banked when the order is processed.
4.4 For your own protection we ask you not to send cash in the post.
5.1 Some international postal addresses may be outside our logistical geographic region and you will be notified of this when you place your order.
5.2 Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods as soon as practicable, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for late deliveries. We cannot therefore accept any liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
5.3 If an item is faulty or is lost/damaged during delivery please contact us promptly, by e-mail or telephone 01656 870211, and we will be pleased to arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your legal rights.
5.4 All orders to the UK mainland are subject to a delivery /shipping charge at Standard First class rate,latest prices are advertised on our delivery and returns page.
5.5 Delivery charges in relation to International addresses will vary according to destination and the weight of the parcel. These costs will be automatically charged to your order at the time of order. Please let us know if you require a quotation prior to despatch. Import duties may apply on receipt of the parcel over which we have no control.
5.6 On all orders where 'Free Delivery' has been offered either during a promotion or on an order over £100, if any goods are returned brining the value of the order below the 'Free Delivery' threshold, OH BigMan reserve the right to refund the returned goods less the cost of delivery of the original order.
6. Stock availability
6.1 We strive to ensure that we have adequate stock of all items as published on our current website. Some items may however sell faster than expected and although we will always try to get stock replenished this is not always possible.
6.2 Items not in stock will be duly ordered and will not be charged for until they are available for despatch. You will be notified of any such delays and be kept advised of the position by e-mail or phone
6.3 We cannot accept any liability arising from our inability to supply goods due to lack of stock other than returning any payments that may have been made by you.
7. Returns and cancellations
7.1 You can cancel your order and return any item to us within 7 working days of receipt, no reason required. As soon as you become aware of the need to cancel/return or exchange an item we would ask that you please contact one of our sales team on 01656 870211 .
7.2 Provided the goods are returned in a good and unworn condition, with all manufacturers tags intact, we will refund the full cost of the item(s) or exchange them if you prefer.
7.3 On such occasions we do not offer a returns service. Parcels may be returned by royal mail however the associated postal charges incurred will only be refunded in the case of faulty goods.
7.4 We cannot accept liability for any goods lost or damaged in return transit. You must be responsible for perusing any claims that may exist in such circumstances against with the carrier concerned. To protect your position in this respect, proof of posting is always recommended.
7.5 If goods purchased are returned to be replaced for a bigger/smaller size if incorrect sizes have been ordered, this would be subject to a nominal handling and carriage charge payable over the phone with any credit/debit card.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 The liability of Oxford House Menswear Ltd in contract (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance of this contract, shall be limited to the price paid for the goods.
9.1 Oxford House will take all reasonable precautions to ensure that details relating to you, your order & payment are kept secure in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998.
9.2 Unless Oxford House is negligent in exercising these responsibilities then Oxford House shall not be held liable for unauthorised access to information supplied be you
9.3 Where you supply data relating to other individuals you will be deemed to have obtained their agreement to this information being released to us.
9.4 Access rights

10. Security Policy
10 1 At Oxford House Menswear Ltd, we take security very seriously, which is why we have chosen to use online credit card processing facilities provided by Sagepay
We have numerous security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you. Financial information such as credit card numbers and expiration dates are used only to take payment for the products you are purchasing. This information is submitted online directly to the Sagepay secure payment gateway and is never seen or stored by Oxford House Menswear.
10.2 Oxford House Menswear operate under the following policies:
All sensitive information captured on the Oxford House Menswear website is encrypted using the latest encryption technology: SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which protects your payment details and all your personal information. Our SSL certificate is registered with Thawte, a leading Internet Security Company. To verify the site security, click on the padlock at the bottom of the page during the payment process or click on the Thawte logo below, and this will immediately display our registration certificate. This is proof of our commitment to ensuring your security.
Sagepay operate under the following policies:
All transaction information passed between the Oxford House Menswear website and the Sagepay VSP Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to Oxford House Menswear from Sagepay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass to the Sagepay servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
Encryption and Data Storage
Once on the Sagepay systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign’s Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data held is extremely secure and Sagepay are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.
Links to banks
Sagepay has multiple private links into the banking network that are completely separate from the Internet and which do not cross any publicly accessible networks. Any cardholder information sent to the banks and any authorisation message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with.
No individuals within Sagepay are able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data. Our systems only allow access to our most senior staff and only in extenuating circumstances (such as investigations of Card Fraud by the Police). Your transaction information and customer card information is secure even form our own employees because our systems never display the full card numbers, even on administration screens.
10.3 Although we strive to protect such information, Oxford House Menswear cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we take reasonable steps to preserve the security of the information in our own systems. We regularly review developments in security and encryption technologies.
11.1 The use of our site and any contracts formed are governed by English Law. In using this website all parties have agreed to submit any disputes to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
11.2 A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right to enforce any term under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999
11.3 We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any such changes shall be communicated on our website
11.4 All intellectual property rights (including use of trade marks) shall be solely owned by us. You are permitted only to use material on this website as expressly authorised by us.
11.5 Any unauthorised use of material on this site is strictly prohibited.
